Dear CherryRoad Technologies Customer,

We are writing to inform you about a recent service outage that occurred due to our security system malfunctioning.
which resulted in the unintended blocking of legitimate traffic. This service disruption affected our Mail Filters, Mail servers,
and DNS services.

We have identified and corrected the issue to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
